At PLAYe, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your PLAYe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
